Powerliink provides professional business solutions including Website Design, AI Solutions, Digital Marketing, Software Development, and IT Consulting. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our sole discretion.

2. Orders and Payments

All service requests are subject to our acceptance. Prices are in USD and subject to change before a final agreement. Projects may require an upfront deposit, and late payments may result in service suspension.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and ensuring they have legal rights to all materials submitted. Delays in client feedback may affect project delivery timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Powerliink retains ownership of all proprietary code and internal development assets until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership or usage rights transfer to the client per the agreement.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our work, deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Completed digital products are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Powerliink is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within North Carolina.
